Ukrainian NGO Business Technologies Development Center (BTDC) supports and ensures further development of http://www.vlasnasprava.info/

The mission of the BTDC is to promote the creation of a favourable business environment for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine by: 

• creating and developing Internet resources that provide entrepreneurs and businesses with tools and resources for their growth and development;
• gathering, organizing and disseminating legal, economic, and other information which may be of interest to Ukrainian entrepreneurs;
• providing assistance to entrepreneurs through educational and advisory activities, and by rendering consultative and information services;
• facilitating domestic and foreign investments for SMEs.

International Finance Corporation (IFC), Member of the World Bank Group, cooperates with BTDC and sees its informational resources as an important information distribution channel for its technical assistance (TA) projects in Ukraine.

BTDC works with a number of government bodies as appropriate, such as the State Committee on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration, the Ministry of Education and Science.

The object of the activities of the BTDC:

• Collect, process, analyze and disseminate legal, economic, and other data which may be of interest to subjects of entrepreneurial activity.

• Facilitating the conduct of expert valuation and analyses of financial, economic, and commercial performance of subjects of  entrepreneurial activity, and in drafting recommendations regarding the enhancement of operational efficiency of enterprises.
• Organizing joint activities and cooperation between businessmen, representatives of the government bodies, international organizations, foreign companies, firms, scientific and educational institutions.
• Promoting the creation of target funds, credit unions, and other financial organizations, within the legal opportunities provided by current legislation.
• Providing assistance in developing training curricula and in conducting training courses and seminars on organization and development of businesses including business planning, marketing research, financial management of enterprises, personnel management and other matters of business activities.
