National IPO committee

National IPO committee was founded in June, 2005. National IPO (Initial Public Offering) committee considers IPO as one of the main factors and essential terms of Ukraine economics’ development.

The strategic objective of the project is to lead out within the nearest two years several Ukrainian companies to major exchange platforms of the world, first of all to NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE and AIM that will lead to considerable rise of Ukraine economics’ capitalization, broad admission to the world capital markets, broadening of the base of development of the national economy and fulfillment of state’s social programs.
