ITT-Invest
ITT-Invest Investment Company is one of the most active professional market operators in Ukraine since its foundation in 1995. ITT-Invest holds seats at all organized trade floors in Ukraine, has a wide client database and proven track record and provides full range of broker, dealer and other investment services on organized and non-organized markets in Ukraine to all types of clients – Ukrainian business entities and physical persons as well as foreign investors. ITT-Invests also provide all services on Mergers and Acquisitions, underwriting and IPO to institutional and strategic investors. Among ITT-Invest clients are such leaders as CRH, Aktiv Bank, Osnova Solsif, TMM, Ukrpidshypnyk corporation, Unigran, AZOTsM, Kovalska Reinforced concrete plant, UGMK and many others.

ITT-Capital
ITT Private equity department – ITT-Capital – was created in 1999 to increase Ukrainian companies’ value through investment and active post-investment management. ITT-Capital invests into high growing sectors of economy such as construction materials manufacturing, hotels, commercial real estate and trade. During six years the Department has not only polished its investment strategy and criteria, but has created high quality portfolio of companies that were turned into market leaders, such as Obukhiv Porous concrete plant, Darnytsia Reinforced concrete plant, Hotel Holosiyivsky, Bekhy specialized granite quarry and many others. Numerous profitable exits have proved ITT-Invest investment approach.

ITT-Management
Asset management firm ITT-Management was created in 2003.  ITT-Management team with over 10 years of managing mutual and investment funds successfully provides its clients with management services since 1996. ІТТ-Management offers wide spectrum of funds and instruments for corporate entities and private individuals that understand advantages of professional management of capital.  Currently ITT-Management manages five funds. Two mutual funds successfully divested its portfolio and three new funds are in active fundraising.

ITT-Consult
Investment consulting department was created within ITT Group in 2004 to meet great demand from ITT portfolio companies for professional consulting and advisory services. ITT-Consult’s strategic clients are medium and small sized Ukrainian companies that need international level quality services in organizational, financial, business and legal consulting. Among ITT-Consult clients are Polimex-Mostostal, Aktiv Bank, OPCP, Hertz and others.
