IIona Baklykova

IIona Baklykova – General Director of East-West Communications since 2002. 1994 - 1997 Mss. Baklykova served as the KPMG -Barents Group consultant on the RF Capital Markets development project. Within a course of this project there have been formed such institutions as the Professional Association of the Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR) and the RTS stock exchange. Since 1997 – until 2002 Ilona Baklykova was in charge of implementation of the World Bank, TACIS, and some other international organizations projects. She has more than 15 years PR and IR consulting experience. Since November, 2005 Mss. Baklykova is the Chairperson of Russian Association of Investor Relations Professionals.
