Alexander Yerofeyev

Alexander Yerofeyev is a Partner in Financial Advisory Services, KPMG in Russia & CIS. Alexander leads Financing and Restructuring Groups at KPMG and is responsible, inter alia, for assisting companies in defining their financing strategies and preparing for accessing international capital markets, such as through IPOs. His recent projects of this nature include a large and complex assignment for a major Ukrainian company, which included helping the company's strategy, defining key value drivers, improving financial management systems, increasing operational efficiency etc.
 
Alexander graduated from the Economic Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Honours). His prior professional experience includes over two years in the UK, where he took part in a number of high profile business reviews, investigations and restructuring projects.
