James Cole

James is an English capital markets partner in the firm’s London office.  James has advised on a significant number of capital raisings in the UK and throughout Europe through offerings of debt, equity and equity-linked instruments. He has a particular expertise in emerging market and CEE equity offerings having been involved with equity offerings by OTP, Bank Gdanski, KGHM Polska Miedz, Bank Handlowy, Opoczno, PKO Bank Polska, Borsodchem and Amtel Vredestein. He also advised in relation to a range of equity-linked transactions in Europe and the United States and represents hedge funds in relation to purchases of assets, including real estate, throughout Europe. James has been practicing law for more than 10 years.
